We’re changing the game for good and it’s simple and easy to participate. You take control by tracking your number of hotel stays. Redemption is easy and the program has no participation fee.
When you check out, save your paid receipts until you have accumulated ten paid nights. Each paid ten-night earns one hotel room night with our compliments.
When you wish to redeem your reward, call or email our reservations department with your date/s and request your room night award subject to availability. Then mail your original receipts to:

Hotel Shangri-La at The Ocean is anything but ordinary. Life can be perfect. We’ve thought of it all.
Book and pay the best available rate or higher direct with the hotel. Negotiated, contracted and third party reservations are not eligible.
Hotel receipts cannot be combined with other guests, offers or promotions. Program is effective January 1, 2015. Past stays not eligible, advance reservations required, walk-in redemptions not accepted. Please allow a minimum of 14 days once your original receipts are received to process and verify your award request. Hotel Shangri-La at The Ocean is not responsible for original hotel receipts lost or not delivered by postal mail. Photocopies of receipts are not accepted. Maximum occupancy is two guests per room, three for a suite if eligible. Meals and beverages are not included, but available for purchase within the hotel. Guest must produce a credit/debit card upon check-in for all hotel incidental purchases.
Hotel Shangri-La at The Ocean reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time without notice and room rewards are subject to availability.
